Time Friendly Marathons

This list includes marathons with generous finishing times and/or early starts.

Race directors: If you would like to have your race listed as a Time Friendly Marathon, please send us your race name, city, state, and time limit (6 hours or more and/or early start).  beth.eddiesfan@gmail.com

This list is not Gospel!  If you find information on this list that is not correct, please email me at beth.eddiesfan@gmail.com. If you know of a race which should be added to this list, please email the same address.  I am going to try to update this list twice a year (likely January and July) and so if a race you suggest does not appear immediately, please rest assured that you have been heard.

Runners are strongly encouraged to do their due diligence, particularly if there is any chance that your finish time would approach a cutoff.  RD’s require permits to hold their events, and a permit could be lifted if a course time limit is exceeded.  So, please be gracious if you are denied a request for an extended time limit.
