free website that allows you to create a map with the states you select shaded. You can
select up to 6 different criteria (six colors). Pretty nice for creating nifty looking
maps that show which states one has completed.

Jay has listed schedules which will allow you to do marathons in every state and DC
without having to do two marathons on any weekend. "This
began as an exercise to satisfy my own curiosity. It
was so much work that I have decided to publish it. I
have no plans to attempt this but hopefully it will help someone who might actually be
able to do this."

I would like to offer your members a $100 discount
on a unique trip to the Beijing Olympics that I have put together. Of very special
interest to your group will be the private meeting that our group (of only 16 adults) will
have with USA Olypmic Marathoner Brian Sell in Beijing the day before he races in the
Olympic finals. Also, we will walk 2 blocks from our hotel to the start of the Men's
Marathon at Tiananmen Square, before hopping on the subway to see the finishers as they
come into the Olympic Stadium! (We will also be meeting other Olympians on the trip,
as well.) As a 2:53 marathoner, plus x-c/track coach for 30 years, I live for
the summer Olympics. During 2 weeks over the winter holidays, I put together a
dream trip to Olympics and really hope that some of your members will join me for this
trip of a lifetime! Please see my web site: www.uniqueglobaltours.com

Id
like your help in promoting my autobiography, Running through My Mind:
Confessions of an Every Day Runner. After 105,000+ miles and
(literally) running every day for over 28 years, I think Ive managed to compile the
complete book of running. From Peachtree to Boston to a run across
Georgia to 24-hour endurance runs to Badwater to Western StatesIve
managed to taste a little bit of everything running has to offer in my quest to cover the
spectrum in my running career (which is still going strong, by the way). I would
appreciate it if you would forward this to the members of your running club as well as
anyone else you believe might be interested or in need of a little motivation, a little
inspiration, and a whole lot of entertainment. Thanks in advance for your
support. -Scott Ludwig Available
